| Welcome to the Sullivan Performing Arts Theatre! Our beautiful 800-seat facility is located in Sullivan, Missouri, which is about one hour from St. Louis down the I-44 corridor. Equipped with state-of-the-art production capabilities, (full sound system and inventory, lighting system, movie screen, global video-conferencing technology, professional sound shells, choir risers, grand piano, backstage dressing rooms & restrooms, loading dock, and more) the Sullivan Performing Arts Theatre serves as our community's cultural base. While we serve as the venue for all of the Sullivan C-2 School District's fine arts and performing arts programs, we are also considered a true community facility and offer a variety of programs and guest entertainers and performers. In the past, we've enjoyed the talents of musicians from the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra (String Quartet Concert and Brass Quintet Concert and master classes ), a concert by Grammy Award-winning bluegrass musician Tim O'Brien, a performance and master class by the Saint Louis Ballet, exhibits from the Smithsonian Institute and the Anne Frank Center, various performances by the Shakespeare Festival of St. Louis, and a concert by the Liverpool Legends (with George Harrison's sister, Louise), to name just a very few of our past exciting events!
